Enhance and preserve biodiversity...

Create your own rain garden or butterfly garden with our native plants and habitat boxes.

Discover the plants & animals living on your property during a guided ecotour and receive a species inventory to use in future planning.

Experience the joys of conservation landscaping: a wildlife garden filled with bees, birds, butterflies and beautiful plants.

Native Plants

Native wildflowers and grasses are propagated from seed collected on the Allegheny Plateau.  We follow Maryland Native Plant Society guidelines.  Check our species list for available plants and prices.  We'll be having several open house events at our native plant nursery.  Or look for us at the following native plant events and festivals in 2008.  Dates will be added throughout the year.  In the event of an unforeseen schedule change we'll promptly update our website.  Feel free to call to confirm a date, especially if you are making a special trip.
